The world is consuming more energy and generating more waste than ever before. Molecular Cracking Technology tackles both — at once.

NoBurningWaste introduces a next-generation technology for waste treatment and resource recovery: Molecular Cracking Technology.
This innovative approach combines low-temperature molecular cracking with advanced catalytic gas purification, while enabling the recovery of usable energy.
Compliant with Best Available Technology (BAT) requirements under EU Directive 96/61/EC, the system sets a new standard for clean, efficient waste processing.
At the core of the technology is a flameless, low-temperature process operating below 600°C. This controlled environment prevents the formation of harmful emissions typically associated with waste combustion. No dioxins, furans, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, methane, or other or other environmentally harmful by-products are generated.
Instead, the process is clean and controlled—producing carbon dioxide (at a fraction of conventional combustion output), water vapor, and stable, environmentally safe solid residual.
Available heat energy after the catalyst relative to the energy content of the supplied waste approx. 85% to 95%.
Our system doesn't use flame
Landfill waste and new waste can be combined, also with liquid waste
